Sound bath is a type of meditation that involves the use of different sound frequencies to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve well being. During the session you will be laying downhill listening to a variety of sounds such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments.
As the sounds wash over you, you may experience a deep sense of relaxation, inner peace and heightened awareness. the vibrations of the sound waves may also have a therapeutic effect on the body and mind.
You will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of team games and fitness activities. This will not only help boost morale and keep everyone's fitness levels up, but also provide a fun and meaningful way for the group to connect with one another
